I am a retired educator with a long-standing commitment to supporting the needs of all. With an advanced degree in Educational Psychology, my career has focused on helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through thoughtful, research-based instruction and individualized support.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching and serving in a variety of settings, including private schools, public schools, and at the university level. These experiences have strengthened my belief that everyone deserves access to meaningful opportunities, high expectations, and the right supports to succeed.

Outside of education, I have a deep love of travel and discovery. My husband and I cruised to Great Britain and truly enjoyed exploring the historic sites and taking in the beauty of the countryside. On a recent cruise to the West Indies, we were delighted to see whales breach and dolphins at play—moments we will never forget. Alaska also left a lasting impression on me; its breathtaking landscapes are stunning and so different from everyday life in Houston, Texas.

Today, I hope to share my love of travel while advocating for welcoming, inclusive, and accessible travel. I am passionate about helping ensure that all individuals—especially those with unique needs—can experience the wonder, beauty, and enrichment that travel can bring.
